Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after shipment.

Multiple Items

Because our products may ship from different fulfillment centers, items in the same order can arrive separately and at different times.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer and not included in the order total.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the following countries: United States only. We’re unable to ship to a small number of destinations due to carrier limitations, if your country isn’t listed at checkout, we’re not yet able to deliver there.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, contact us at GoodDogClub.co@gmail.com  and we’ll help track it down.
