Change of Mind

If your dog just isn’t feeling it, reach out within 14 days of delivery. Since our toys are chew items, unopened/unused products in original packaging may be eligible for a refund. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on used chew toys.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, or it’s significantly delayed, let us know and we’ll investigate with the carrier and make it right.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
